Create a contact over Rest Api

After a lot of search in this forum I cannot find a Rest Api guide for 3CX. I have version 18 now.

The most important thing that I want to do is:

When I create a contact in my CRM (filemaker) it will send a command over rest api and update my 3cx contacts.

Is that possible now in 3CX ???
Or
Where I can find info about Rest Api of 3cx ???
