Create Contacts on Call Direction Suddenly Hidden from 3cx CRM Integration

Hi,

Today when i intgrationg hubspot with 3cx the option :
Create Contacts on Call Direction

Suddenly hide and not shown again.

Both screenshots attached one is the 3cx documentation for hubspot and other is the option currently shown on my 3cx CRM integation page

Our 3cx is on the latest version i.e 16.0.7.1078

Did you update the CRM templates?

The CRM is already on the latest version.

The templates, not the CRM. Right above the dropdown to select your CRM, there's a small block that expands for updates.

This is probably because you deleted the template, and then got it back from the updates server.

As the new variable is not compatible with 3CX installations previous to v16 Update 7, the 3CX updates server has the latest version compatible with all 3CX v16 update levels. As a result, the only way to get this template back is reinstalling 3CX, or opening a support ticket to get the latest template, so you can manually add it.
