Hello,

I am in the process of upgrading some 15.5 systems to 16. When I installed all these 15.5 versions, my provider was not available, so I had to choose "Generic" for both country and provider. I got them working, and eventually saw my provider show up in an update. I tried creating a new SIP trunk with this correct country (US) and provider (SIP.US).... pretty much identical settings as the "Generic" one that's currently in use, but for some reason when I disable the original (by intentionally adding a random character on the end of the trunk authentication password, putting a random number on the end of the one-and-only DID in the trunk, AND renaming it), and then rename the new one to what the original was called, I see in my Inbound Rules the SIP trunk is still attached to the old one (I can see it has my "-old" appended to the trunk name. It was past midnight, so maybe I was thinking backwards somewhere. Does it even matter? I was just trying to get all green checkmarks in the dashboard ...

Thanks!
