Create per-department Contacts

Hi,
Our self hosted 3CX setup treats each department as it's own "mini company" where the users shouldn't be able to see/access resources of other departments.

I'm attempting to do a bulk import of contacts for a department but it looks like there is no way to have them visible to every user in that department, but not visible to users in other departments.

Is there a way to achieve this?

3CX has said they’re working on it, but not currently.
