Create SMS missing

Hi all

noob question..

we've got Twilio for SMS and whilst I can create an SMS, other extensions cant see the option.

I've got the trunk going to a queue we're all in so not sure why its not visible.

If you have a DID assigned to a Queue then all members of that Queue should be able to send SMS using that DID. This also works if you assign a Queue to the Default route of the trunk.

I thought it was this easy but apparently this ext still cannot create an SMS.

Assign the DID directly to the extension. Does that work? Also are you using the Webclient or an app?

It was because I didnt have the DID assigned to the queue I was routing to.. thanks.
