Create Voicemail Recording from Wav File

I have a professionally recorded voicemail greeting that I'd like to use on an extension. The greeting is recorded in a .wav format but I can't work out how to upload that as the greeting. I have done this on Digital Receptionists but can't work out how to get it done on an extension.

Hi,

You would have to upload it here but ensure it is at the correct format 16bit mono according to 3CX standards to avoid excessive CPU usage.
