Hi,

I have created a template for our CRM Creatio, using the excellent AI prompt, which I have working to a point:

1. Contacts can be searched and used and added to 3CX etc.
2. Call journaling is creating a 'Call' record in Creatio, including the transcription

What is not working fully is in the call journaling it is not sending over the following values. When I try changing the data type and structure it simply fails to create the call record at all.

1. Start Date/Time - Creatio requires this in this format (2026-06-02T14:30:00Z)
2. End Date/Time - as above
3. Duration - when testing in Postman and sending as an integer it works, but it does not work when baking into the template.

I think I just need help in dealing with the data type and format of the values.

Any help is much appreciated.

thanks

Mark

Hi,

Thanks both for your replies. I got this working:

<!-- Duration in seconds: [DurationTimespan] is a .NET TimeSpan object -->
<!-- Use .get_TotalSeconds() getter syntax and convert to integer string -->
<Value Key="Duration" Passes="1" Type="String">[[[DurationTimespan].get_TotalSeconds()].ToString("F0")]</Value>
<!-- Call start date/time: [CallStartTimeUTC] is a DateTime object in UTC -->
<!-- Format as ISO 8601 string with Z suffix for UTC -->
<Value Key="StartDate" Passes="1" Type="String">[[CallStartTimeUTC].ToString("yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ssZ")]</Value>
<!-- Call end date/time: [CallEndTimeUTC] is a DateTime object in UTC -->
<!-- Format as ISO 8601 string with Z suffix for UTC -->
<Value Key="EndDate" Passes="1"...
The guideline here is really helpful on how to debug this issue.

DM me. It's probably a simple format thing.

I am happy to share the template XML once I have completed it and finished testing. Is that something I just do in this forum or is there somewhere specific?
