Crestron TSW760 integration with 3cx

Hello
I'm looking to setup Crestron - TSW touch screen with SIP server, My server is running for test environment on Raspberry pi,
Ports are open, iPhone with 3cx app working fine, Crestron is offline, I'm pretty sure my problems are SIP Server username and SIP server password...
also in phone provisioning tab there is something to do? (soft phone/ip phone)

And you are using the information that 3CX provided when you created the extension?

I have seen some sets that also required the server IP be used in the Proxy setting as well, you might try that.

Check the 3CX Activity log for registration attempts. That will tell you if the set is even reaching 3CX, and if the password is incorrect, or what else may be seen as incorrect. The username is the extension number.

You may end up blacklisting the IP if there are too many incorrect attempts.

Hi, the system generate automatic password and the user name is the extension number this information was automatic send to email,
this is the log, after few times the IP goes to block list
I added the same server IP to Proxy and still

Problem solved the username and password is not the extension number and password I got in the mail, it is under the section.
