CRM API calls to 3CX

Hi everyone.

We have a custom CRM (not included in the already supported ones) and we want the following:

When we add a new contact to the CRM, then add it also to 3CX contacts database.
Is there any API on 3CX to add a new contact (REST or any other technology?)
Our version is: 3CX Professional

This is for 3CX making queries to the CRM, right?
I am actually want the CRM to add a contact to 3CX contacts database.

When 3CX does the lookup, it adds the returned data to the 3CX company phonebook.
