CRM API integration does not work

Hi, everybody. I'm trying to use CRM API integration with an XML file. During testing, requests are received. And so when the server is running, nothing comes. What could be the problem?

The tool you use to create the template lets you debug the template, emulating the contact lookup and call reporting. You should check the request and the response shown by the tool during a debug session, so you understand what's going on.

Please paste here screenshots of the request and response (please blur any sensitive data), the mapping to variables, and so on.

It seems to be working fine. The existing contact is retrieved, and when it's not found a new contact is created. What's not working as expected?

This is working test. But when I call, no request comes to the CRM system.

There is also a request to keep a call log . Also nothing comes to the system

Are you calling from an external number? Only calls from or to external numbers trigger the CRM engine.

In order to troubleshoot this, you should enable verbose logs from the 3CX Console > Dashboard > Activity Log > Settings, then make a test call reproducing the issue, and finally check the 3cxSystemService.log file.

I understand that when a call is made, a request is sent to the CRM system to search for and create a contact. after the end of the call, a post request should come to the system with a description of the call. But not a single request does not come

You need to call from an external line for this to happen. If you make a call between 2 extensions, the CRM engine is not triggered.

If you call from that number, the CRM engine should work.
