this is how my scenario work.
our customer service will use our own CRM press the CALL button to call the customer, customer service are don't know customer's phone number, have to call via our CRM.
after customer service get in touch with client, customer service will request client to enter the credit card number after sound "beep" , and the client will enter the credit card number via their phone number pad,
and after client enter the credit card number, the credit card number will save into our CRM system.
isn't 3CX developer SDK available to do this kind of functionality? or any software available?

what you are looking for is our VAD which does such kind of things. The VAD in v14 would not be able to do an outbound call but good news ahead. The upcoming VAD for v15 will be able to do exactly what you need. It can connect to databases, can call ppl, play prompts etc.

The v15 VAD will be out in BETA somewhere in Jan or latest in Q1 2017!

let me explain again :
1)customer service press the call button from CRM to call customer
2)customer service explain to client, after beep sound please enter 15 digits credit card numbers.
3)customer service will press another button for beep sound at CRM interface, and start recording client pressed key.
4)client enter 15 digits credit card number through their hand phone.
5)15 digits will save into database.
