Solved CRM call journal not working

Sir i am sending request to crm from 3cx but not getting in crm to update the calls in crm i created a custom crm template receving request if
search in crm with this url https://crm.example.com/restapi/v1/vtiger/default/search?number=[Number] but not getting request here
https://crm.example.com/restapi/v1/vtiger/default/createCall i created files on end points of these url to get request
kindly help me suffereing from many days

I will repeat an important question that you didn't answer:
What version of 3CX are you using? If you're running v18, you will need to provide the EntityId and EntityType outputs in the contact lookup scenarios. These are automatically added by the CRM Template Generator wizard if you're running the latest version of the tool (2.1.20), but I don't see them in the template, so that's probably causing problems.

You need to use the CRM Tool version 2.1.20, ensure that you have it installed. You can also check the Vtiger template included in v18, so you can see how we set the EntityId and EntityType fields. If you don't provide these values, call journaling will be skipped.

That would be on the VTiger side, and not 3CX related.

and 3cx hitting that file but dont know how 3cx sending these parameters on this file

As said above, this is not a 3CX issue. It seems you are not even using VTiger as it would do it itself. Are you trying to use a custom code inside VTiger or a complete custom CRM?

Normally, for example, in PHP, you would get them like this:

Obviously, you would want to use some kind of filtering and security measures to prevent bad attackers from pushing SQL Injection through there. For this, learn some PHP : www.php.net

Sir this is the code where i receiving request from this url https://crm.callcenterempire.com/restapi/v1/vtiger/default/createCall but you in the attachment of log file url is there but no post parameter is write in the log fine. Dont know how i find these parameters in this page you said post method but still not receive please help me to solve issue

I am asking about 3cx parameters and you are talking about php nobody is there in your team how 3cx parameters receive on crm server side strange what is the purpose of this forum you even dont know about your own parameters no one in your team to know about these 3cx parameters
