CRM Contacts - Deleting on front end

Hi All,

We currently have an issue where our CRM contacts are still downloaded even after selecting the "Hide CRM Contacts from 3CX Apps Company Phonebook".

Our problem is that we need a way to automatically delete the CRM contacts which get created in the "Contacts" tab on the web interface as these seem to sync over to our Fanvil X7A phones no matter what we do which is a huge privacy issue.

We've tried automatically deleting the CRM contacts on the DB (SQL) but the front end seems to copy and store them so other than deleting them manually from the contacts tab, they will automatically sync over to the Fanvil X7A phones.

We need the CRM contacts for when we call out using our desktop app phones (so the name appears) but we dont want it to get stored anywhere/ we need a way to automatically delete them after it gets stored.

Is anyone able to help us with this? All we can think about is just a simple macro key which physically goes onto the web interface and deletes them all.

You should be able to reverse engineer the "Delete CRM Contacts" from the admin side using a REST client and some DevTools messing around.

A simple HTTP client with support for cookies should be able to do the job after that. The admin interface is basically a frontend for the backend API (which I do NOT recommend messing with too much other than actions like that which should not affect anything else.)
