No, but the QueueExtension is available for Chat journaling however, which happens when you click "Dealth With".

During contact lookup, the only data is Call Direction and Number.

thanks for you help.

otherwise I am curious about the variables. I know in contact lookup , its only the number and the direction
and how about the contactUrl ? Does it only have number and the direction ? like the photo its look like lots of variables I could use :)

thank you.

I neglect the important document

I found the answers.

The predefined variables of ContactUrl are the same as "contact lookup and contact creation scenarios" ?

There is no specific explanation of ContactUrl ?

ContactUrl is something that the template must return. It's not a variable that you can use. You build it in the template, concatenating static text with variables. The variables can be something that you get from the CRM, for example the Contact ID...

thanks. one of our customer is a big call center , He needs the queue number and phone number request data together , and then reverse the request to a server let the old crm runnng.

so we do lot of effort to help this, now just try parsing the switchboard.

In the CRM template you will only get the caller's number during contact lookup. Unfortunately the queue extension is not available.

If you need more event information (queue name for example), you will have to build a custom integration. Right now, the only way to do that is by subscribing to events using the 3CX Call Control API (or use the VoIPTools API). However, I'm hoping the newly announced "Gateway Service" will make it possible to subscribe to real-time events. For now, we do not have any information about what will be possible with these new APIs, but they are expected before the end of the year.
