Hi,
I'm working with CreateContactRecord Scenario.

A question.
How does it work in update?
The first time it enters the customer, but how do any updates work?

The next time this number calls you, a new lookup will be done against your CRM. If your CRM returns the same Contact URL, but different contact details (an updated name for example), then that information will be updated in 3CX Contacts. The important detail is that the Contact URL must be the same.
