CRM Integration broken

Lately my company has updated its 3CX System from V16 to V18. Since that day, 3CX is unable to push data to our MySQL Database (V5.7.26).
Testing the connection between those both results in an "SSL Authentication Error".

From what I was able to get out of this, I think the required TLS version might be the problem as the current version of our database only supports up to TLS1.1 and 3CX V18 requires TLS1.2?
If that's the case, what could we do as a workaround besides updating our database? (Our technician who overlooks the database is currently on vacation for a while)

Yes, 3CX supports TLS 1.2 only. You can simply update MySQL to 8.0 to support more recent protocols.
