Hi to all,
We have a CRM integration that make a call to the CRM.
The lookup for a phone is working, but if the Contact is found inside the 3cx phonebook, the CreateContactRecord isn't called.
(we have also tested with CreateContactRecordFromClient but nothing happnes, that scenario is never called)

Can you help me?
Thanks

You need to create the contact manually via the "Add Contact" in the Webclient dialer UI.

The contact exists in the Phone, if i go under Contacts there is the number saved. And on the UI it shows the correct name, but don't make the requesto to create the contact inside the CRM ( i see the documentation and other threads that says that the call is called automatically when the response of the CRM is empty and the contact is found inside the phonebook, but not in my case )

My apologies, for reference the Scenario that i need to be called is CreateContactRecord (automatic), not the CreateContactRecordFromClient

This is incorrect. If the contact isn't found in the CRM, it does NOT get automatically created. That was changed back in Update 6 or 7.

So, there is another way to create the contact in the CRM if it exists inside the Phonebook automatically? It was a very useful feature.

You'll need to modify the template to chain scenarios with conditions.

Maybe by using the NEXT attribute? Or you suggest some specific scenarios id?

Thanks! We've tried, it's making the call but the if we try to pass the [FirstName] and [LastName] those values are empty and not with the corresponding values inside the PhoneBook

The phonebook contact has nothing to do with the CRM integration. Previously, the contact would be created with a default first and last name. Those were set in the parameters. That's gone now since the manual creation which allows to set the name on the fly.

You will need to set it up with default values. FirstName and LastName won't be available.

Ok, so there's no way to pass the 3cx contacts (phonebook) data to the crm.
Thanks a lot anyway!
