Latest Android 3cx app no longer defaulting to TEAM when transferring

Hi since the latest update Version 5.8 (build23)

1. When using the app and pressing transfer

2. Then pressing attended transfer:

3. it then opens the Keypad


Before the update this would open the TEAM to transfer internally
Please can there be an option in settings to default to TEAM

Hi thanks for your feedback.

This behaviour did not change for Android. I went back 2 Versions just to confirm.
For your behaviour, simply tap on the lens icon in the dialer (bottom left corner next to the cancel button) or tap directly on Team in navigation bar and tap on the extension.

Sorry for that miss information on the previous version. I an confident that it used to do this at some point.
Please could you take the feedback to add an option in the app it self? I am sure most transfers would be internal for most business.

Nothing changed regarding this, you're mistaken it with the conference button.
