We've got a client that is interested in integrating 3CX with their practice management software (CRM) which is not one of the built-in integrations for 3CX. I'm looking into using the CRM Integration Wizard and have found that their CRM does offer REST API. I've had a preliminary conversation with the support people for the CRM software. These folks have asked me about my revenue stream from my customer (which I have not given) and it sounds like they would like to get some revenue from me for their participation. My question is - "does this sound typical"? They have not showed me any 'rate card' for their API access and I don't get the impression that there is one. I'm not a programmer or developer and and the one or two times I have used an API access from a vendor it has just been an issue of us asking for it and then access being granted.
Thanks.

It's not "usual" but it's not uncommon.

DM me and we'll talk. We do these integrations often.
