CRM Integration issue

Hi,

I am trying to integrate 3CX with SuiteCRM and am having a problem with the 3CX CRM Template Generator. The number parameter value isn't the full number that is being sent to the CRM to query. The setup is as follows:

Query URL: https://xxx.com/Api/V8/module/Contacts?filter{{phone_mobile}}{{eq}}=[Number]

Number = 1234567890 (I have setup a dummy contact with this number)

The Request/Response after the test is: https://xxx.com/Api/V8/module/Contacts?filter[phone_mobile][eq]=4567890

I have tested this with longer numbers and it only sends the 7 rightmost characters/numbers

UK Numbers are 10 digits long

Any ideas why it is doing this?

Is it also possible to change the format of the number so it is say E.164 compliant?

You control this from the 3CX Console > Advanced > Contacts > Options. Select "Match exactly" there.

Hi, I sorted it using the <Number> sub element of the <Crm> element in the XML file.
