CRM Integration not working with 3cx App

Hi,

The CRM integration(Contact Lookup, Call Journaling etc.,) Works only with web client. If i use 3cx app, the CRM integration is not triggering the popup.

Kindly advice

This is by design. Only the Web Client and the Chrome extension launch the pop-up.

Call Journaling however is executed server side, so it should be working independently of the client you use.
