CRM Integration (Odoo) : Create Contact and Journal

Hello
I am integrating odoo with 3cx
I have two scenarios

The first one when the Match caller ID to a contact entry is set to Match at least x number of characters
lets say i have one contact with phone 123456789
and i set it to 6 characters
and the phone called is 456789
3cx will display the contact name but will create a new contact with the journal in it

the second scenario is when the Match caller ID to a contact entry is set to Match exactly
in this case if 3cx doesn't find my contact it doesn't create a new one

how can i fix this problem

Notes

I downloaded the 3cx crm template integration and prepared my template in it
I have the following api endpoints
1- lookup by phone
2- lookup by email
3- create contact
4- create journal

i tested the lookup by phone for an unknown number and it returns the following



is there something i am doing wrong?

We have a working Odoo integration that uses a proxy instead of a random Odoo Store plugin. Those usually don't work well as nobody supports them or updates them for the latest 3CX version or Odoo version.

You would need to contact the plugin developer to get support as 3CX does not offer any support for custom integrations.
