CRM integration opneing old URL

Hello everyone, I hope that you are doing. At the moment, I am facing an issue with the CRM system, previously we integrated Britix24, and we have disconnected the connectivity in order to integrate 3CX with the ZOHO CRM system. We have followed the guide and we were able to authorize and establish a connection. The problem we are facing is that when we tested an inbound call, the softphone kept opening the Britix24 CRM URL; we made sure that we deleted and deactivated the connectivity by disabling and removing the API keys. We have made sure to Reboot the Raspberry PI to see if it will work. Unfortunately, we still face the same issue. Please note that 3CX version that we are running is 18.0(Build 314) Debian 10.

You need to clear the old contacts in Console > Advanced > Contacts > Delete > Delete CRM Contacts. Otherwise, the previous one is kept.
