Does anyone know why Bitrix24 is not among the supported CRMs in the CRM integration section?

Hello,

Bitrix is one of the available options in the PRO and ENT editions. The 3CX SMB Free edition does not support CRM integration in general.

Best,
KS.

Hello zakir301,

Im am using the 3CX Version 20.0 Update 6 (Build 724 Release), where I do see the CRM with name: Bitrix

It seems to connect to (own link): example.bitrix24.com

Not sure if there is a real difference between Bitrix and Bitrix24 ?

Paulo

If you want to go CRM, you really do not want to go SMB Free !

Hello, first of all, thank you for your answer. As you can see with my free account other crm integrations are visible but bitrix24 is not on this list. This is actually what I wanted to learn.

Hello, thank you for your answer. Bitrix is just an abbreviation of Bitrix24, which means it's the same. I don't understand why the names of other CRM systems don't appear in the free version.

Hi,

What you see is the options for the legacy client side CRM integrations. Currently the recommended (and with more types) CRM integration is Server Side. With the commercial licences you would see at that point an additional option that enables the user to use the Server Side option:

Okay. As far as I understand, it's a requirement to have a licensed account.
Thank you!

The client side integrations listed here are very limited. They will just trigger a contact search in a new browser tab when receiving a new call. That's it. On the other hand, server side integrations provide many more features, like call journaling, contact creation, contact search from the web client, chat journaling, etc.

Bitrix24 is not listed in these client side integrations, because they don't provide an URL we can launch in a new browser tab to start a contact search. In any case, the recommended way for this is going server side.
