What is your goal with the integration? Since you posted this in the Click2Call forum, do you want only that or the full CRM integration?

Also, it seems to be a cloud-based CRM/ERP. Those are usually easy to implement as they have APIs most of the time. If it's on-premise, you'll have a harder time doing that.

Thanks for pointing out the wrong post as it is full integration we are after. The client has 3 sites and is going to host the CRM on prem. Two remote sites will use terminal services to connect back to head office. This also may cause us an issue but i need to investigate the terminal services challenge further.
