CRM link in Windows client? (Server-side integration)

The web client shows a link in the call notification popup to launch the contact in CRM. Apart from being really small, this works nicely - we have it linking to Zendesk.

I can't find any equivalent functionality in the Windows client. Am I missing something?

The Windows client doesn't have server-side CRM integrations. Only the client-side ones, which are no longer supported.

To get this feature, you have to use the Webclient.
