What does the MaxCouncurrentRequests parameter indicate?
How many concurrent calls can be handled?
I'm asking because I have enabled a ReporCall but I miss some call.

What does the MaxCouncurrentRequests parameter indicate?

This is the number of simultaneous requests that 3CX might eventually send to the CRM. If 3CX has more requests to send, these are queued and sent to the CRM when other requests end.

How many concurrent calls can be handled?

There is no limitation on this, only the limit of the license.

Probably this is not affecting you. Check the 3cxSystemService.log file to understand what's going on.
