CRM PostgreSQL integration: name not shown on IP PHONES

Hi, I set up a CRM integration using PostgreSQL and it's working fine. On soft phone I get "CRM Name Surname" as Display Name.
On the other hand, when answering from IP PHONES (we use Yealink T54 and Yealink T57) they are still showing the number phone instead of the name found from the CRM
What can I do?

You need to enable phonebook synchronization for that, and please note that only after the 2nd call you will see the contact name.
