CRM with changing contact URL per extension

Our customer has a CRM where each department needs it's own contact URL. The contacts are in the same database, but the contact URL differs per extension. Normally 3CX will only support 1 URL with a variable (contact ID).

We can create an extra table in the database, so I want to create an extra variable based on the user extension that receives the call.

The extra table:

Extension [Agent]	URL
101	URL1
102	URL1
201	URL2
202	URL2
301	URL3
302	URL3
etc

I want to setup the URL as following:
Variable Name="ContactUrl" Path="https://[ContactID]

Is it possible using an API of do I have to write a custom SQL query?

It would be great if it's possible without an extra table.

You can't do this. The Contact URL must be unique per contact.
