So my customer has 3CX on prem PBX installed in the last 6 months. On Monday they received a call about 4.10pm. 2 people answered at the same time and they were both able to hear who was calling and each other. Both users were using the 3CX app on their mobile phones and were at least 20 miles apart when the phone call took place. How can this happen? I have looked at call logs event logs and every other log and can not find anything that suggests this would happen.
Other background which may be useful: Inbound rule sends calls to Reception Ring Group. User 1 is in this group. If not answered in 20 seconds it diverts to All users ring group. User 2 is in the All Users ring Group. Both groups are set to Ring All. destination if no answer for All Users ring group is extension voicemail.
Doing a wire shark trace will not be helpful in this instance as the event has passed unless I can recreated the exact events that lead to the cross talk. This has not happened since.

Any help would be appreciated

Hi Sorry here is the missing information requested.

OS Version: Debian 9
3CX PBX is hosted on customer site
IP Phones are all Yealink SIP-T46G firmware 28.83.0.130 I do not know the mobile phones they are using for the 3CX App which is what they have had the cross talk issue with.
