Solved CSV Bulk Import issues with phone template

Good Afternoon,

Im trying to import some extensions and i've got "PhoneTemplate14" set to "YealinkT4x.ph.xml" but when I import i'm getting this:

Extension 201: phone template 'YealinkT4x.ph.xml' not found,
Extension 202: phone template 'YealinkT4x.ph.xml' not found,
Extension 203: phone template 'YealinkT4x.ph.xml' not found,
Extension 204: phone template 'YealinkT4x.ph.xml' not found,

Can anyone help?

Ok it didnt like the capital Y in Yealink.

Okay, now i'm unable to get in to any extension



a new extension works fine just not from my import.

Update 1

Narrowed it down to something in my PhoneSetting that it doesnt like.

what is the minimum that needs to be in PhoneSettings for it to work?

Ok I just did 1 extension manually then copied the phonesettings.
Im assuming that's the normal way to do it. working fine now.
