We've recently upgraded to 3CX Version 20 and are trying to locate the generated report files (specifically the .csv files).
In Version 18, we used to pull the reports directly from:
/var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Data/Http/Reports
This was useful for scripting automatic transfers to an SMB share for further processing.
However, in V20 this directory no longer contains the .csv reports, and I haven’t been able to find where they are stored now—if they're even still written to disk.
Does anyone know the new path where 3CX V20 stores report output (like CSVs)? Or has this process been fully replaced with database-only access?
Any guidance or updated documentation would be greatly appreciated.
