CTI Device name for CRM integration

Hi,

I am trying to integrate a test 3CX system in to our CRM package. It was previosuly configured with IntelliCTI which we would like to replace. The only setting in the CRM system is to provide it with a CTI device name, there is no selection for the TAPI drivers installed. Anyone know what the "CTI Devicename" would be for the 3CX assistant?

We now have this working. This takes 3CX into a different league for us. Now looking to deploy 3CX internally and setup as a partner!
