Currently no option to use AWSlightsail.

I tried to set up a customer as a trial this morning and there is only the AWS option,no lightsail. I did this last week no issues. Has something changed from a company policy towards lightsail? Has anyone else noticed this?

I saw rumors that they were going to be removing Lightsail from their express deployment options. I expected them to give a heads up before they did. I am hoping we get an official response from 3CX regarding this. It has thrown a wrench in my deployment process and now I need to start setting them up in EC2 or manually deploy them in Lightsail. Neither option is optimal for me.

This post was from a few months ago and it has resolved the issue during that time. This is a new problem now, the AWS - Lightsail instance is no longer an option.

It has been replaced as they believe that Digital Ocean is the better alternative. I hope we get the option back, disappointing that the option was removed when so many use it.

You can still install on LightSail. It's just more of an "On-Prem" approach to the installation. If you have questions, DM me.

but install version 18.0 v5 (Build 418)
and it not upgrade to last version
other tested and have same problem?
