Custom Autoprovisioning?

I have recently added auto provisioning link to all my phones and used it to upgrade firmware. However, there are some custom settings that I have applied that get overwritten whenever the phone is autoprovisioned. For instance, I needed to manually disable Caller ID on the phones in the phone UI settings. Once I auto-provisioned, that setting was changed back to default and caller ID was back on every phone. Is there any way to tell autoprovision not to override certain custom settings? If not, I need to remove and re-add the autoprovision URL for every required change on every phone. That kind of defeats the time saving purpose. Thanks!

No almost once a day 3CX do an automatic reprovisioning for each supported phone connected to him.
so all settings customised out of 3cx templates are lost every day.

You can walk around doing your customised templates if you are able to, but this goes to 3cx unsupported situation.

Do you disable caller ID for calls to all EXT? you could try reformatting inbound numbers as they come in if youre trying to hide caller id in

Its just for the service ring group. They dont want CSRs avoiding the calls from the 'problem customers'. I guess cid reformat would work so long as customer support has its own outside DID. I'll give that a try...thanks!
