Custom background is replaced by default background on T58A shortly after installation.

So I created a nice background for my T58A phones with my company logo on it, but shortly after installation it is replaced by the default 3CX logo and default background. Can someone tell me why this is happening?

The phones are provisioned by 3CX. You made a manual change directly in the phone. The phones regularly re-provision to ensure 3CX settings are maintained.

Also, you need an ENT license to be able to use a custom logo for your phones via provisioning otherwise youll have to use a custom template.
