I'm trying to work with built-in integration, and I set an Auto launch a Custom Contact URL using variables link that brings up the caller info to my agents once the phone rings, but it doesn't seem to work with the chrome extension. it seems like it works on the chromium Edge with that extension, but that's not an option to move to Edge.
I opened a thread about this before and I've been told to wait for the next version. we're currently on V16, and it still doesn't work.
Worth to mention that it does work on the regular extension free web client.
Any way to solve this matter? else than staying with the web client instead of the extension?
