Hi,
our custom Plugin is up and running. Call Control is working fine.
Now i would like to add a button on the 3cx Client on Incoming calls to open the related contact together with answering, like:

Answer | Cancel | Redirect to Mailbox | Answer & Open Contact

Is there a possiblity to extend the UI of the Client, because showing a second popup from the Plugin next to the already blinking 3cx UI doesn't look that nice? Or is it possible to replace the IncomingCallView?

Im also worried about the problem, that you can´t change the UI of the Client.
You´re also right that the design of the Client isn´t very nice.

But unfortunately i think there is no way to extend the UI of the Client.

No, you can't extend the UI of the client, you should add your own popup to offer those options.

Thanks for answering. But is it possible to prevent the IncomingCallView from appearing, so that only the external popup is showing up, e.g. something similar to javascripts preventDefault() ?

No, you can't, that behaviour can't be customized in any way.
