Custom object integration in XML code

I need to add the option to search in contact an also object that have been created in hubspot
is their a way to that in XML file

Depends on the type of objects. There are requirements for 3CX to treat the object as a "contact". You will need to have the XML modified (custom version.)

so the search will be if the client call and he's number is in the contact the normal client file will show
and if the client have the number in the object the same will happen
and the object is created by the us in hubspot

As mentioned by @ConceptsWeb, you will need to edit the XML template provided by 3CX to do this. You will see some scenarios with Id starting with "SearchContacts" (for search from the Web Client), or with an empty Id (for contact lookup during a call). Those are the scenarios that you will need to check. You will need to change the filter details to include your custom object.
