custom outbound Caller ID not working

I know in the previous versions of 3cx you can set a custom caller ID in each extension. Is it possible to do in v20? I tried calling a custom caller ID to a user. When i tried calling out , it stated not allowed by administrator. I tried putting it on the Caller ID control but still doesn't work.

Its the same way than in v18 and still works. Did your provider support clip no screening? Is this a number from you sip trunk?

no the number isn't in the sip trunk. i use telnyx.
