Custom parameters

Hi,
I'm trying to change some custom parameter but when I restart the services the value is back to the old one.
Maybe I'm setting the wrong value but checking the list http://www.3cx.com/blog/docs/3cx-phone-system-parameters-table/ I can't find what i need.
I'm trying to change CONFPINLENGHT and SHOWWEAKPASS.
Has anybody tried to change these value?

Hi, in what version of 3CX Phone System are you ?
Here in v12 SP6.1 I don't have an issue, toggling SHOWEXTWEAKPASS and clicking Apply below, the change is instant I won't see extensions with weak passwords in red anymore. Furthermore on services restart values of these 2 custom parameters are remaining in the modified state.
