Custom Placeholders for Quick Response Templates

Hi guys,

As a follow-up to this post regarding to dynamic placeholders using the quick response template, can a user make custom placeholder based off info stored in 3cx phonebook? The current selection is somewhat limiting. For example, I just need first name as that is a more natural way to address someone, yet %CustomerName% insert the whole name into text and I happen to include the company name in last name field so it's particularly unsightly. I tried %CustomerFirstName% with no luck. Thanks for any tips!

Thanks for the reply. Yes, it would appear so. Do you know where I could go to request it as it seems like a relatively easy implementation to allow for just %FirstName% variable since it's already in the phonebook? Ideas forum is closed off to the likes of lowly users like myself. Thanks in advance
