custom ringtone for doorbell

Hi,
we have a doorbell that calls our 3cx with a certain mobile number.

When this number comes in it's sent to a 'doorbell' extension. This extension call to a ring group.
We do it this way so people can see 'doorbell' on their phone.
Is it also possible to have a custom ringtone for this?

Or another way we could accomplish this?

We are on 3cx v. 16.0.671 and use yealink sip w52p phones

I have checked the phone web frontend, and it has no options to set ringtones. The phone may only have one ringtone.
