I have this issue testing the SMTP server I added in 3CX.
Please see the error.
This was working before but we recently migrated our mail hosting server and in this new server the SSL Certificate is the free one from Lets Encrypt. This might be the issue and I wanted to try a none SSL\TLS connection but error says "Connection timed out: Ensure that Port 25 TCP is open for outbound traffic. "
