Latest 3CX with Yealink T58 with BLF and custom speed dial buttons on phone configured through the 3CX desktop client. All works well, except one custom speed dial button on the T58. It's supposed to call an outside cell phone number, but dials *20* instead.

The same custom speed dial button on the 3CX windows desktop client dials the outside cell phone number just fine. It's only the associated button the Yealink T58 that dials *20*.

I tried reprovisioning and rebooting the phone with no success. Any ideas?

Hello @Frank86

Does the custom speed dial appear correctly on the phone and in the extension settings in the management console? Did you re-provision the phone after you configured the custom speed dial?
Also are you using the default 3CX template and the supported firmware for the phone?

Hi,
Yes, using the latest 3CX with the latest default 3CX templates for our Yealink phones. No custom settings or templates.

The custom speed dial appears correctly in the extension settings and in the user's Windows desktop client.

When pressing the problematic speed dial button on the Yealink T58 phone, the phone numbers appears correctly there as well, but below it, the phone dials *20*.

Do you have the issue on multiple devices or just one? Have you tried factory resetting the phone and reprovisioning to eliminate the possibility of a stuck setting somewhere?
