Hi,
I have multiples Snom (710, D785, D385) on 3CX v18 behind multiples SBC.
When we had a custom speed dial to the function's buttons (interception, log in, log out, call test, ...), it's the SBC that is added in the configuration as the server to proxy the command.
But instead of sending the commande, it tries to make a call.
But when we call directly that system command (ex : *20* for interception, *62 or *63 for queues, *777 for call test), it works perfectly.
We can see in the configuration of the phone that the settings registered is the following :
<sip:*20*@My_SBC_FQDN:6050;user=phone>
instead of
<sip:*20*@My_3CX_FQDN:6050;user=phone>
When we make the modification manually in the configuration, it works perfectly with the fqdn of the 3CX instead of the SBC.
Is there a configuration setting somewhere in 3CX to change that in the template ?
Someone else has the problem ?
Thanks for your help.
