I have an odd issue with custom speed dials on Polycom VVX601 phones. All of the phones are on the most recent firmware (6.2.0.4023) and 3CX is V16. The phones each have an expansion module. I can get BLFs, Line Keys, and Statuses to map to the keys on the expansion module but custom speed dials simply will not show. Not after complete reprovisioning or anything. Also on the expansion module, holding down a key to manually configure a speed dial returns a message "The selected key cannot be assigned to a contact". On our old PBX this function worked. Could anyone provide some assistance with getting the custom speed dials to work on these phones? Thanks
