Hello Everyone
Hope all is well. First of all thanks for stopping and pitching in. i would like to setup custom template for Yelaink T57w phone to setup with 3cx instance hosted by 3cx to achieve call waiting for Ring Group or Call Queue, so that if the user is on the phone (specially external number not on intercome call) than the customer wants to know if someone else is calling them. My customer is small company and really wants that feature.
What I have already is:
1 Give them an extra extension and setup on the customer;s phone so that if second call comes in than it rings on their mobile cellphone on that extension.
2 Tried teaching them to use the computer so the active calls in the panel in the web client.
What I know is:
1 Call queue are meant to not bother if the person is already on the phone than system puts the call in the queue and wait until someone is available to take the call.
