Custom template parameters Yealink

Hello.
I need to use custom label on BLF key in DSS
The default is FirstName+LastName.
i need if Name=James Smith then label=JSM

Which parameters in templates i need to use?

3cx version 16.0.676

For the template parameters you can look at the Yealink Provisioning guide as that is not 3CX specific. I don't believe there's any mechanism for creating your result from the 3CX input so you are looking at a custom template for each and every phone.
