I was curious to know what 3cx's take is on custom templates. I know in SP2 that they changed the color to reflect a custom template versus a stock one. I know that in V15 it isn't as easy to modfy the templates and copying and pasting MAC addresses is a pain when changing templates. However there are a lot of settings that the phones can do that can only be changed in templates that isn't exposed through the UI of 3cx. Are custom templates being depreciated or is this just a way for an admin of 3cx to see quickly what templates are being used.
